§ 5.10.110. Use and display of license.

    A license shall not be transferable to another person except as provided in section 5.10.130.C.

    B.

    Each license shall be limited to use at the premises specified in the application for such license. A licensee may move its permanent location to another place in the city upon application to and approval by the local licensing authority. In determining whether to permit a change in location, the local licensing authority shall consider all reasonable restrictions that are or may be placed upon the new location by the local licensing authority, and any such change in location shall be in accordance with all requirements of this Chapter 5.10 (including, but not limited to, the location criteria set forth in section 5.10.070), C.R.S. § 12-43.4-101, et seq., and any related rules and regulations, as from time to time amended.

    C.

    Each license shall be continuously posted in a conspicuous location at the licensed premised of the medical marijuana business.

    D.

    Any person delivering medical marijuana in the city on behalf of a medical marijuana business shall have in his or her possession a true and accurate copy of the license held by said business and shall, upon request by any police officer of the city or by any other duly authorized law enforcement officer, produce the same for inspection.
