§ 2.32.030. Compensation.

Compensation for services or private property used by the city in responding to an emergency shall be compensated as specified by contract or as required by state law, subject to the principles and procedures set forth in C.R.S. § 24-33.5-711 and Articles 1 to 7 of Title 38 of the Colorado Revised Statutes.
