§ 10.08.010. Regulations to be submitted to highway department for approval.

All traffic and parking regulations adopted after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter which pertain to the streets and roadways which form a part of the state highway system, or are connecting links thereof, shall be submitted to the state department of transportation for approval, in accordance with the provisions of C.R.S. § 43-2-135, before they become effective.
