Thence along the east line of the Jefferson Avenue right-of-way South 0°12'05" East a distance of 565.11 feet to the north line of the West Street right-of-way. Thence along said north line extended westerly North 89°34'55" West a distance of 7.32 feet. Thence North 0°05'45" West parallel with and fifty feet distant from the west right-of-way line of Jefferson Avenue as established by that subdivision titled A Replat of a Portion of Cedarwood Park Subdivision, a distance of 565.09 feet.     Fisher Subdivision. A strip of land 7.5 feet in width bounded by the West line of the Northeast quarter of Section 8, Township 1 South, Range 69 West, the Southerly line of the property owned by George R. Mattern and Caroline A. Rickus, recorded at the office of the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder, Reception No. 701394, Film 1363, the West line of Block 3 and Block 4, FISHER SUBDIVISION, and the north line of the property owned by George R.     1202    Sterling Heights Subdivision An ordinance vacating a portion of Sterling Heights Subdivision located in the southeast quarter of Section 13, Township 1 South, Range 70 West, sixth principal meridian, Boulder County, Colorado, within the City of Louisville.

    1208    Jefferson Place Subdivision Twenty feet off the east end of Lot Six (6), Lot Seven (7), Lot Eight (8), Lot Nine (9), Lot Ten (10) and Lot Eleven (11), also twenty feet off the east end of Lot One (1), in Block One (1) in Jefferson Place.

    1233    Tract A, Louisville North. The City of Louisville was granted an easement of ten feet on all sides within Tract A, Louisville North, Filing One, a parcel of property within a subdivision of the City of Louisville as shown on the plat of that subdivision recorded June 13, 1973, on Film 821, at reception 69470.

    1255    Sewer easement. That portion of such easement which crosses Lots 118—125, Coal Creek Ranch Filing No. 3, Replat "A", and which is more particularly described on Exhibit A to the attached Vacation of Easement (the "Sewer Easement").

    1276    Acme Place Subdivision. The city hereby vacates that certain alley right-of-way lying immediately adjacent to the north boundary of Lot 1, Block 4, Acme Place Subdivision, City of Louisville, Boulder County, Colorado, such vacated alley right-of-way being 120 feet in length and ten feet in width (hereinafter the "Alley Right-of-Way"). Title to the vacated Alley Right-of-Way shall vest in the manner provided by law.

    1300    Century Retail Center. The city hereby vacates those utility easements and access easements, and that certain drainage, utility and landscape easement, dedicated to the city by the plat of Century Retail Center, a subdivision in the City of Louisville, County of Boulder, State of Colorado, recorded as Reception No. 1865877 in the Office of the Clerk and Recorder of Boulder County, as said utility easements and access easements, and said drainage, utility and landscape easement, were dedicated and shown on the recorded plat thereof (hereinafter the "Easements").

    1324    Colorado Technological Center. The city hereby approves the vacation of the railroad and drainage easements located within Lots 6 and 10, Block 3, Colorado Technological Center, First Filing, Louisville, Colorado, as more particularly described in the vacation of easement attached to Ord. No. 1324-2000 and incorporated herein by reference. The mayor and city clerk are hereby authorized to execute the vacation of easement on behalf of the city.

    1325    Colorado Technological Center. The city hereby approves the vacation of the city's interest in the railroad portion only of that certain 45-foot wide railroad and drainage easement, and that certain 50-foot wide railroad and drainage easement, dedicated to the city by the subdivision plat of, and lying within Blocks 1, 2, 3, 5 and 8 of, Colorado Technological Center, First Filing, Louisville, Colorado, which subdivision plat is recorded as Plan File No. 9, F-1, numbers 38, 39 and 40, Film No. 1084, Reception No. 361999, Boulder County Records, and within Lot 6, Block 7, The Business Center at C.T.C., which subdivision plat is recorded as Plan File No. P-44, F-3, numbers 12 and 13, Reception No. 1827896, Boulder County Records.

    1334    Emergency access easement. The access easement located in Lots 1 and 2, Block 2 of The Park at CTC Final Subdivision Plat, Louisville, Colorado, which is particularly described in the Vacation of Easement attached to this Ord. No. 1334-200 and incorporated herein by reference.

    1352    Colorado Technological Center. The city hereby approves the vacation of that certain 60-foot wide access easement located within Lots 13 and 14, Block 4, Colorado Technological Center, First Filing, a subdivision within the City of Louisville, which is particularly described in the vacation of easement attached to Ord. No. 1352-2000 and incorporated herein by reference. The mayor and city clerk are hereby authorized to execute the vacation of easement on behalf of the city.

    1356    Jefferson Place Subdivision. The city hereby vacates that certain alley right-of-way lying within Block 2 of Acme Place Subdivision, City of Louisville, Boulder County, Colorado, that is legally described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (hereinafter the "Alley Right-of-Way"). Title to the vacated alley right-of-way shall vest in the manner provided by law.

    1359    Johnson's First Addition Subdivision. The city hereby vacates its interests in those two certain alley rights-of-way within Block 1 of Johnson's First Addition Subdivision, City of Louisville, Boulder County, Colorado, that are legally described in Exhibits A and B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Title to such vacated rights-of-way shall vest in the manner provided by law.

    1373    Alvenus Park Subdivision. The city hereby approves the vacation of that certain 50-foot by 190-foot joint access easement lying within Lots 2 and 3 of the Alvenus Park Subdivision, City of Louisville, Boulder County, Colorado, which is particularly described in the vacation of easement attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The mayor and the city clerk are hereby authorized to execute the vacation of easement on behalf of the city.

    1398    Health Park Subdivision. The city hereby vacates that certain portion of the right-of-way for Health Park Drive, as dedicated by the plat of Health Park Subdivision Filing No. 5, that is legally described and depicted as vacated area (K) on Exhibits A and B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Such vacated area consists of approximately 67,707 square feet. Title to the vacated right-of-way shall vest as provided by law.

    1403    Christopher Village Fourth Filing Subdivision. The city hereby vacates the city's interests in that certain portion of a ten-foot utility easement lying within Lot 3, Christopher Village Fourth Filing Subdivision which is legally described and depicted Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Such vacated easement area contains 783 square feet (0.018 acres), more or less.

    1408    Jefferson Place Subdivision. The city hereby vacates any portion of previously platted alley right-of-way lying within the "Resulting Parcel Description" for Lots 10 and 11, Block 11, Jefferson Place Subdivision, as described in such agreement. Title to the vacated alley right-of-way shall vest in the manner provided by law.

    1435    Savage Property. An approximately 3.5 acre parcel lying within the Northeast One-Quarter of the Northwest One-Quarter of the Southwest One-Quarter of Section 8, Township 1, South, Range 69 West of the 6 th P.M. County of Boulder, State of Colorado, consisting of (1) the northernmost approximately 463 feet of that parcel bearing Boulder County tax identification parcel number 0031159; (2) 20-foot strip along eastern boundary of the southernmost 196 feet of such parcel number 0031159; (3) all of that parcel bearing Boulder County tax identification parcel number 00117697; and (4) all of that parcel bearing Boulder County tax identification parcel number 00117698.

    1461    Boulder View Subdivision. The city hereby vacates that certain 3,318 square foot portion of the Continental View Drive right-of-way lying adjacent to Lot 1 Boulder View Subdivision, City of Louisville, Boulder County, Colorado, which vacated right-of-way is further described and depicted in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by reference. Title to such vacated portion of the Continental View Drive right-of-way shall vest in the manner provided by law.

    1467    101 West Spruce Street. The city hereby vacates any interest it holds in the right-of-way legally described on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (the "right-of-way"). Title to any city interest in such vacated portion of the right-of-way shall vest in the manner provided by law. There is excepted from such vacation and reserved to the city the "reserved right-of-way" legally described on Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (the "reserved right-of-way"). Further, easements for existing public utilities, if any, shall not be altered or amended by virtue of this ordinance.

    1480    Health Park Subdivision Filing No. 6. The city hereby vacates that certain 5,028 square foot utility easement located in the Health Park Subdivision Filing No. 6, City of Louisville, Boulder County, Colorado, which vacated utility easement is further described and depicted in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

    1485    Jefferson Place Subdivision. The city hereby vacates that certain 10-foot wide by 125-foot long alley right-of-way, running east-west and lying between the south property line of Lot 19, Block 6, Jefferson Place Subdivision and the north property lines of Lot 20-24, Block 6, Jefferson Place Subdivision, City of Louisville, Boulder County, Colorado, which 1,250 square-foot area is hereafter referred to as the "Alley Right-of-Way".

    1487    Murphy Place Subdivision. The city hereby vacates that certain "Eastern Portion—South Front Street Right-of-Way" and that certain "Western Portion—South Front Street Right-of-Way", being portions of the South Front Street Right-of-Way lying between Lots 16 and 17, Block 8, and Lots 10 and 11, Block 9 of the Murphy Place Subdivision, City of Louisville, Boulder County, Colorado, which vacated portions of right-of-way are as legally described and depicted, respectively, in Exhibit A, Item A-2 and Item A-3. Title to such vacated Eastern and Western Portions of the South Front Street Right-of-Way shall vest in the manner provided by law, subject to the restriction that such Eastern and Western Portions shall not be included in any setback measurement or in any calculation of applicable lot coverage, floor area or similar yard and bulk requirements for building or development of the adjacent platted lots constituting, respectively, 224 Front Street (Lots 16 and 17, Block 8, Murphy Place Subdivision) and 221 Front Street (Lots 10 and 11, Block 9, Murphy Place Subdivision); however, the foregoing shall not preclude the owners of 221 or 224 Front Street from requesting a variance or other administrative relief from any yard or bulk requirement, such request to be considered without reference to or inclusion of any vacated portions of the Old Right-of-Way. The foregoing restriction shall be a covenant running with the Eastern and Western Portions of the South Front Street Right-of-Way. The "Center Portion—South Front Street Right-of-Way", as legally described and depicted on Exhibit A, Item A-1 is not vacated and ownership thereof shall be and remain vested in the city.

    1495    Coal Creek Memorial Cemetery. The city hereby vacates that certain 20-foot wide by 815-foot long exclusive access easement for cemetery and funeral home use, as dedicated on the Second Replat of Coal Creek Memorial Cemetery and lying directly north of the Louisville Cemetery (which easement is hereafter referred to as the "access easement". Title to the vacated access easement shall vest in the manner provided by law.

    1496    Alvenus Park Subdivision. The city hereby vacates that certain a 40-foot by 130-foot joint access easement situated in Lots 4 and 5, Alvenus Park Subdivision (which easement is hereafter referred to as the "access easement"). Title to the vacated access easement shall vest in the manner provided by law.

    1523    Jefferson Place Subdivision. The city hereby vacates that certain 10-foot wide by 125-foot long alley right-of-way, running east-west and lying between the north property line of Lot 6, Block One, Jefferson Place Subdivision and the south property lines of Lot 1-5, Block One, Jefferson Place Subdivision, City of Louisville, Boulder County, Colorado, which 1,250 square-foot area is hereafter referred to as the "alley right-of-way".

    1529    Colorado Technological Center - First Filing. The city hereby vacates the city's interests those certain emergency access easements granted to the city by Grants of Easement recorded at Reception Nos. 01532383 and 01532384, Boulder County Records, which vacated emergency access easements are located in Lots 1 and 14, Block 5, Colorado Technological Center - First Filing, and which are more particularly described and depicted in Exhibits A and B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Title to the vacated easements shall vest in the manner provided by law.

    1547    Spruce Lane Subdivision. The city hereby vacates the city's interests in the temporary secondary emergency vehicle access easement and the 15-foot temporary bike path easement dedicated to the city by the plat of Spruce Lane Subdivision, recorded on September 22, 1987 at Reception No. 00878399, Plan File P-21, F-2, #42-#43, Boulder County Records, which vacated temporary emergency vehicle access easement and 15-foot temporary bike path easement are located within portions of Lots 2, 3, 4, and 6, Block 4, and Lot 8, Block 5, Spruce Lane Subdivision, and which

    1581    Parkwood Subdivisions. The city hereby vacates the city's interests in that certain 16 foot water line easement dedicated to the city by the Parkwood Subdivision Plat, recorded in the Office of the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder on April 20, 1973 at Plan File R P-4, F-2, #29-#30, and by the Parkwood Filing No. 2 Subdivision Plat, recorded in the Office of the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder on December 21, 1976 at Plan File P-5, F-4, #19, which vacated 16 foot water line easement is located within portions of Lots 102, 103, 134, 146 and 147 Parkwood Subdivision, and Lot 5, Block 9 and Lot 9, Block 6, Parkwood Filing No. 2, in the City of Louisville, County of Boulder, and which vacated easement is depicted in Exhibit A and Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Title to the vacated easement shall vest in the manner provided by law.

    1599    Louisville Heights Addition. The city hereby vacates any interest it holds in that certain easement across the northern seventeen feet (17') of Lot 1, Block 1, Louisville Heights Addition, Louisville in the SW ¼ of Section 8, Township 1 South, Range 69 West, of the 6th P.M., County of Boulder, State of Colorado (the "property"), as reserved to county in the deed recorded on April 16, 1993 at Reception Number 01283614, in the records of Boulder County, and sold and quitclaimed to the City of Louisville in the deed recorded July 6, 2010, at Reception No. 0308450, Boulder County Records. Title to any city interest in such vacated easement shall vest in the property owner.

    1607    Murphy Place Subdivision. The city hereby vacates the easternmost nine feet (9') of that certain portion of Main Street (South Second Street) right-of-way located between Lots 5 and 6, Block 7, and Lots 14 and 15, Block 8, Murphy Place Subdivision, which right-of-way was dedicated by the plat of said Murphy Place Subdivision, recorded in 1907 as Reception No. 57381, Plat Book 3, Page 28, Boulder County Records, and which nine foot by fifty foot (9' × 50') area of right-of-way vacated by this ordinance is depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto and hereafter referred to as "the right-of-way." Title to the vacated right-of-way shall vest in the owner of the adjoining property in the manner provided by law.

    1608    Murphy Place Subdivision. The city hereby vacates the westernmost eleven feet (11') of that certain portion of Main Street (South Second Street) right-of-way located between Lots 14 and 15, Block 8, and Lots 5 and 6, Block 7, Murphy Place Subdivision, which right-of-way was dedicated by the plat of said Murphy Place Subdivision, recorded in 1907 as Reception No. 57381, Plat Book 3, Page 28, Boulder County Records, and which eleven foot by fifty foot (11' × 50') area of right-of-way vacated by this ordinance is depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto and hereafter referred to as "the right-of-way." Title to the vacated right-of-way shall vest in the owner of the adjoining property in the manner provided by law.

    1635    Sewer and Water Easement. The city hereby vacates the city's interests in that certain 25 sewer and water easement over Tract I, Louisville North 7 th Filing, dedicated to the city by said Louisville North 7 th Filing Subdivision Plat recorded in the office of the Boulder County clerk and recorder on August 16, 1978 at Plan File P-7, F-2, #25, Film 1034, and which vacated easement is depicted in Exhibit A, attached to the ordinance herein codified and incorporated herein by reference. Title to the vacated easement shall vest in the manner provided by law.

    1646    Utility Easement. The city hereby vacates the city's interests in that certain 30-foot access and utility easement over Lot 11 and Lot 15, Colorado Technological Center Filing No. 2, dedicated to the City by said Colorado Technological Center Filing No. 2 Subdivision Plat recorded in the Office of the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder on November 13, 2003, at Plan File P-59, F-3, #30, 31, Reception # 2527192, and which vacated easement is depicted in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Title to the vacated easement shall vest in the manner provided by law.

    1664    Capitol Hill Subdivision. The city hereby vacates the northernmost ten foot six inches (10'6") of that certain portion of South Street right-of-way located adjacent to Lot 1, Block 4, Capitol Hill Subdivision, which right-of-way was dedicated by the plat of said Capitol Hill Subdivision, recorded in 1904 in Plat Book 2, Page 218, Boulder County Records, and which ten foot six inches by one hundred twenty-five foot (10'6" x 125') area of right-of-way vacated by this ordinance is depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto and hereafter referred to as "the Right-of-Way." Title to the vacated Right-of-Way shall vest in the owner of the adjoining property in the manner provided by law.

    1667    Utility Easement. The city hereby approves the vacation of that certain 20-foot wide drainage and utility easement located on the common lot line between Lot 2 and Lot 4, Block 5 and partially on the common lot line between Lot 1 and Lot 3, Block 5, the Business Center at C.T.C. Replat C, which easement herein vacated is in the location further described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference ("the 20 foot Easement").

    1670    Summit View Drive. The city hereby approves the vacation of those certain two three-foot wide portions of Summit View Drive right-of-way lying adjacent to Lots 1 and 2, Block 11 and Lots 3 and 4, Block 11, of the Takoda Subdivision, which three-foot wide portions of right-of-way hereby vacated are further described and depicted in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference ("the Street Right-of-Way").

    The remaining 44-foot wide portion of Summit View Drive right-of-way dedicated by the Takoda Subdivision Plat and lying between Lots 1 and 2, Block 11 and Lots 3 and 4, Block 11, is reserved and not vacated by this Ordinance.

    1671    Industrial Area Subdivision. [Section 1.] Subject to the provisions of Section 2 hereof, the city hereby vacates that certain 40-foot wide by 452.92-foot long North Front Street right-of-way dedicated to the City by the plat of Industrial Area Subdivision, recorded January 22, 1960, in Plat Book 7 at Page 58, Boulder County Records and lying on the western border of said subdivision along and adjacent to the Burlington Northern Railroad right-of-way, which 18,116.80 square-foot area of North Front Street right-of-way hereby vacated is further described and depicted on Exhibit A (the "Street Right-of-Way").

    [Section 2.] Expressly reserved from the vacation set forth in Section 1 above are those certain dry utility easements, City of Louisville exclusive utility easements, drainage and utility easements, and other easements dedicated by the final subdivision plat of the DELO Subdivision, which easements are not affected by this ordinance and shall remain in place for existing and future public utilities purposes as set forth in said final subdivision plat, as in effect and amended from time to time. Further, easements for existing public utilities, if any, shall not be altered or amended by virtue of this ordinance.

    1681    Unimproved Alley. [Section 1.] Subject to the provisions of Section 2 hereof, the City hereby vacates that certain 20-foot wide by 49.96-foot long right-of-way for a north-south alley lying between the western property line of Lots 10 and 11, Block 9, Murphy Place Subdivision and the eastern property lines of Lot 12 and 13, Block 9, Murphy Place Subdivision, which 999 square-foot area is hereafter referred to as the "Alley Right-of-Way". Title to the vacated Alley Right-of-Way shall vest in the manner provided by law.

    [Section 2.] As a condition of recording this vacation ordinance, there shall be simultaneously recorded deeds effecting the disposition of title to the western two feet, more or less, of the Alley Right-of-Way so it becomes part of 224 Front Street and the disposition of title to the eastern eighteen feet, more or less, of the Alley Right-of-Way so it becomes part of 225 County Road.

    1699    Vacation of right-of-way. [Section 1.] Subject to the provisions of Section 2 hereof, the City hereby vacates the .002 acre portion of Short Street right-of-way which is depicted on Exhibit A, attached hereto and which portion is hereafter referred to as the "Street Right-of-Way". Title to the portion of the vacated Street Right-of-Way shall vest in the manner provided by law.

    [Section 2.] Expressly reserved from the vacation set forth in Section 1 above are any dry utility easements, City of Louisville exclusive utility easements, drainage and utility easements, and other easements dedicated by the final subdivision plat of the DELO Subdivision - Replat No. 1, which easements are not affected by this Ordinance and shall remain in place for existing and future public utilities purposes as set forth in said final subdivision plat, as in effect and amended from time to time. Further, easements for existing public utilities, if any, shall not be altered or amended by virtue of this Ordinance.

    1708    Emergency Access Easement. The city hereby approves the vacation of that certain 25-foot wide emergency access easement located on Lot 1, Block 2, The Park at CTC, which easement herein vacated is in the location further described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference ("the 25 foot easement").

    1713    Various Easements. The city hereby approves the vacation of the various easements located Lot 1, Block 9 and Tract T, Takoda Subdivision and Lot 2 of Summit View Subdivision, which easement herein vacated is in the location further described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference ("the easements").

    1714    Easement within Lot 5, Colorado Technology Center Filing No. 2 Subdivision. The city hereby approves the vacation of an easement on Lot 5, Colorado Technology Center Filing No. 2 Subdivision, which easement herein vacated is in the location further described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference ("the easements").

    1719    Vacation of certain streets, alleys and sidewalk, access, and other easements within the plats of Caledonia Place, the Robert Digiacomo Addition to the Town of Louisville, Colorado, Coal Creek Station Filing No. 1 and Coal Creek Station Filing No. 2 in the City of Louisville. Subject to the provisions of Section 4 and 6 hereof, the city hereby vacates all of its interest in and to those certain public streets and alleys located within those portions of the Caledonia Place plat and Coal Creek Station Filing No. 1 lying within that certain area as legally described in Exhibit A and depicted in Exhibit B. Title to the portions of the vacated streets and alleys shall vest in the manner provided by law.

    1728    Utility easement. The City hereby approves the vacation of that certain 20-foot wide utility easement located on Lot 1A, Centennial Valley Parcel H, Third Filing, which easement herein vacated is in the location further described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference ("the 20 foot Easement").

    1734    Drainage easement. The city hereby approves the vacation of that certain ten-foot wide drainage easement located on Lots 1, 16 and 17, Block 2, Colorado Technological Center, First Filing, which easement herein vacated is in the location further described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference ("the 10-foot Easement").

    1740    Maintenance access easement. The city hereby approves the vacation of those certain portions of the ten-foot wide maintenance access easement beyond the exclusive city utility easements and the access easements on Parcel B, North End, Block 10, Second Replat in the locations further described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference ("the ten-foot easement"), and hereby vacates the city's interest in the ten-foot easement.

    1741    Drainage easement. The city hereby approves the vacation of that certain 20-foot wide drainage easement located on Lots 2A and 3A, The Business Center at C.T.C Replat F, which easement herein vacated is in the location further described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference ("the drainage easement"); and the city hereby approves the vacation of that certain portion of an access easement located on Lots 2A and 3A, The Business Center at C.T.C. Replat F, which easement herein vacated is in the location further described in Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference ("the access easement").

    1744    Vacation of portions of Pine Street and Via Appia rights-of-way. The city council hereby approves the vacation of that certain 2.02 acre portion of Pine Street right-of-way and those certain 0.78 and 0.29 acre portions of Via Appia right-of-way dedicated by the Centennial Valley, Second Filing (Corrected Plat) and legally described and depicted in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference ("the street right-of-way")

    1758    Vacation of utility easement. The city hereby approves the vacation of that certain 20-foot wide utility easement located on Lot 2 Clementine Subdivision and Lots lB and 1 C Clementine Subdivision Filing 2, which easement herein vacated is in the location further described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incmporated herein by this reference ("the 20 foot easement")..

    1762    Vacation of drainage and utility easement. The city hereby approves the vacation of that certain 30-foot wide drainage and utility easement located on Lots 1 and 2 Colorado Technological Center Filing No. 2 Replat A which easement herein vacated is in the location further described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference ("the 30 foot easement").

    1765    Vacation of a portion of a 30-foot wide access easement. The city hereby approves the vacation of a portion of that certain 30-foot wide access easement located on Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, The Business Center at C.T.C. Replat B which portion of easement herein vacated is in the location further described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference ("the 30 foot easement").
