§ 9.90.030. Custodian of property seized or deposited to city's care.

A.

The city manager shall designate one or more employees of the city to act as custodian of property seized or taken by the police or otherwise deposited to the city's care and shall provide a suitable location for the safekeeping of such property.

B.

It shall be the duty of any custodian of such property to keep a record of the receipt and disposition of all property coming into the custodian's care and such other information as the city manager may require.
